The service
Dental Station lets dental professionals browse catalog products and variants, place orders, arrange delivery in Iraq, and use community and loyalty features. Availability of stock, delivery windows, and pricing can change.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. Accounts are for dental professionals and related buyers. You are responsible for activity under your account. Sign-in is provided through Oris. Your Oris credentials may also unlock other Oris products; those products have their own terms.
Orders, payment, and delivery
Placing an order is an offer to buy at the prices and fees shown. We may cancel or adjust orders for stock, pricing errors, or fraud checks. Delivery depends on your city and the option you select. Provide a correct address and reachable phone. Risk and title follow our delivery confirmation practices. Returns follow the return windows and eligibility shown in the app.
Community guidelines
Community cases, questions, reviews, photos, and comments must be professional and lawful. Do not post patient-identifiable information without a proper legal basis, spam, harassment, hate, sexual content involving minors, malware, or anything that infringes others’ rights. We may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts that break these rules. Use Report on a post to flag problems — our team reviews reports.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the catalog at scale, attack the service, bypass paywalls or access controls, misuse other users’ data, or use Dental Station for unlawful medical claims or sales outside applicable law.
Intellectual property
Dental Station branding, app UI, and our original content belong to us or our licensors. Product names and brand logos belong to their owners. You keep rights to content you post; you grant us a license to host and display it in the service.
Disclaimer and liability
The marketplace is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that third-party product information is error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dental Station is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Iraqi law.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page.
